Winter Time Has Arrived…. We are in the peak

season of the flu…. We are washing our hands

and using the hand sanitizer whenever we can.

Also all 1st grade physical’s are due. Please

make sure that if you haven’t all ready turned

them in that you do so ASAP to the health office

or the front office.

Please stay tunned for the date for the H1N1

clinic coming in the near future.

Spring has come and gone….

Testing will start on 5/11/2009. Make sure that

your students have plenty of rest, eat

healthy snacks, and eat all meals.

All students must get lots of rest during

 these testing days.

Swine Flu Update:

Please continue to follow the district policy

by keeping your student home if they have

a cough, runny nose, sore throat or fever. They

need to be home for 7 days before returning

to school. A couple of tips to keep in mind:

When coughing or sneezing, please cover your

mouth and wash your hands.

Remember,  if a student brings medication to

school, they need to have a  physican

statement signed by the doctor in order to be

able to take the medication at school.

If you need a physican statement, you can pick

one up from the office or health office.

Congratulations to Mrs. Proctor’s class for doing

a great job on the nutrition lessons.  They

finished up by having “Lunch with the Nurse.”

They all did a great job, and all received a

nutrition award from the health office.

Keep up the good work!!!!
